Love this store, go in there all the time with my kids. I personally always see prices and everything is inexpensive. I would say it is pretty small and the ones in the malls are a lot bigger with more items but we do love this location for quick trips.

Everything here was so cute I got an adorable plushie and I'll go back when I get paid for more! Nice workers and clean store, good items!

So my daughter received some money for her birthday and she picked 5 items. I noticed this sticker on a couple items had $4.99 and no price on the others which I assume for $10( they don't price everything). I was trying to see prices scanned at the registar But it doesn't even have a screen to show the customer. I think the cashier noticed I was looking for that so she distracted me by mentioning the earning of "points". When I got home I looked at the receipt The cashier charged as regular price for everything It's terrible that they are scamming for People's hard earned cash for low quality items. There goes half of the $100 on 5 small items($57 to be exact) i won't return.

If you enjoy Miniso I strongly suggest you don’t go to this store in Riverside. We went in December & the cashier told my 11 year old daughter to sign up for their reward system. She said it was open to all ages and she gets a free blind box on her birthday. We go back after her birthday. A different employee tells us that she cannot redeem her reward points or get the birthday gift because she is a minor and it’s for 18+. We told her an employee at this same location said otherwise. She said nothing she could do about it and disappeared in the back. We went back because my daughter was visibly upset. She was looking forward to this all month. My husband asked for a better explanation and the cashier said that the other cashier pretty much lied to my daughter and that there was nothing they can do and because she’s a minor that even the points she redeemed were invalid. All she can do was help us set up an ADULT ACCOUNT (Ha like we would want to waste more money there after that mess up) she seemed to brush us off. We asked for some sort of manager and she said she was the assistant manager. We asked for the manager and she said he’s in a meeting. We asked for his name to call him

This store is wonderful to place in the busy part of the shopping area in Riverside Plaza! It's enjoyable to look around and sometimes I can buy here soon because my family loves Miniso stores! We'll definitely be coming back in the upcoming visits!
